What is R.L.C.?  RLC stands for Radical Life Change.  It's the phrase I coined when I began my currently failing venture to lose weight.  As I look back on the past few months, I realize why I have come up short.  The truth is, I cannot expect to experience a Radical Life Change without making such changes a discipline of my life.  I cannot ever hope to weigh 270, 250, or anything less if I'm not willing to enter and exit each day with a true, no-holds-barred view of my diet.  Well, that starts today...

I may not be happy about it, but I'm really tired of not being able to stay accountable to the goals I have set for myself.  You know what?  I'm really tired of not having truly set any kind of long-term goals.  So along with my lifestyle change away from the television (which is still going strong), I am dedicating myself to keeping my in-process life changes here on BobMortonSpeaks.com!!

So keep checkin' in and we'll see if God can use this feeble attempt at discipline to continue furthering His kingdom.
