I've been taking some time recently to assess the intent and impact of my blog here at BobMortonSpeaks.com.  While I love writing about daily thoughts and experiences, I wish for this place to be about something deeper.  I would hope that things written here could be truly and deeply spiritually redemptive, rather than cute, witty, and a little thought-provoking.  With that said, in addition to the usual (sometimes sporadic) looks at my lifesights, I am going to be adding a component to this blog in the form of several short, internet mini-series.  They will be relatively concise, multi-part "sermons" which I pray will be used for the benefit of all who may read.  Selfishly, they will also help me in my own devotional life (something I struggle to maintain consistency in), as I set forth to read the entirety of the Bible in 2008.

I apologize for being a bit inconsistent as of late in my communication, but I assure you, this time of rest and relaxation I am now facing is exactly what my mind needed to rejuvenate itself.
